Privacy policy
We collect the minimum: what you send us in the request form, and anonymous visit statistics. Below — exactly what, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.
Who processes the data
The data controller is plishka studio (registered sole trader, Ukraine). For any data question write to plishkastudio@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what is needed to answer a request and to see whether the site works.
- Request form: name, contact method (phone, email or Telegram), service type and project description.
- Technical statistics: referring and visited pages, device type, approximate region.
- Correspondence: whatever you send us by email.
Why
Request data is used only to reply to you, prepare an estimate and run the project. Statistics show which pages are useful and what to fix. We do not sell data and do not use it for marketing mailings without your consent.
Who else sees it
We use a minimal set of third-party services. Each processes data as our contractor:
- Email and the form-delivery service — to receive your request.
- Site hosting — technical request logs.
- Web analytics — anonymous visit statistics.
How long we keep it
Requests that did not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months. Project data and correspondence — for the term of the contract and 3 years after, as accounting and tax rules require. Anonymous statistics are kept in aggregate form.
Your rights
At any moment you can:
- Get a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Withdraw consent and ask for deletion — done within 30 days, except data we are legally required to keep.
Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies needed for it to work and anonymous analytics without profiling. There are no advertising trackers and we do not build ad profiles.
Changes to this policy
The current version is always on this page, with the update date in the header. We notify existing clients by email about material changes.
