1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the plishka studio website (the "Site", plishkastudio.com) and any related services provided by plishka studio ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please stop using the Site.

2. Services and Orders

plishka studio provides development services for websites, landing pages, and small web applications. The details, timeline, and cost of each project are agreed individually and set out in a separate contract or statement of work.

Submitting a request through the form on the Site does not constitute a public offer and does not oblige either party to conclude a contract.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials published on the Site — texts, images, logos, graphics, and code — are the property of plishka studio or are used on lawful grounds. Copying, reproducing, or using any materials from the Site without written permission is prohibited.

Upon full payment for an order, the client receives the rights to the developed product under the terms of a separate contract.

4. Personal Data Processing

By submitting the contact form, you consent to the processing of your personal data (name, phone, email) for the purposes of communication and service provision. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site and are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Links to third-party resources are provided solely for convenience. plishka studio is not responsible for the content of external websites.

6. Prohibited Activities

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • violate applicable Ukrainian legislation or international law;
  • attempt unauthorised access to the Site's systems;
  • distribute malicious software;
  • provide false or misleading information when contacting us;
  • use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication of the updated version on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after changes are made, you automatically agree to the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, where that is not possible, in court at plishka studio's place of registration.
