plishkastudio.com is the website of plishka studio, a web studio operating as a registered sole trader in Ukraine, providing design and development services for websites and applications.

The site is informational: it describes services, formats, indicative timelines and delivered projects. Timelines and prices mentioned on the site are starting points for each format and do not constitute a public offer.

Sending a request asks for an estimate; it does not order work. We reply within 24 hours with an estimate and dates. Work begins only after a contract is signed and the agreed first payment is made.

Price and deadline are fixed in the contract before the start. A change of scope is issued as a separate estimate, which you approve before it is built.

After full payment you own: the project source code, the design files, the content you supplied and access to every service used by the project.

• + We reserve the right to show the work in our portfolio unless the contract says otherwise.
• + Our internal libraries and templates remain ours and are provided as a licence to use within the project.

Every project includes 30 days of warranty support after release: we fix defects caused by us at no charge. Feature changes, new content and third-party outages are not covered — they are quoted as add-ons.

We are not liable for outages of third-party services (hosting, payment systems, CRM, APIs), for content you publish yourself, or for the consequences of code changes made by others after handover.

The text, design and code of this site belong to plishka studio. Case studies contain client materials published with their consent. Copying pages of this site or case materials without permission is not allowed.

We may update these terms — the current version is always on this page with its date in the header. Changes on the site do not alter the terms of a contract already signed.
