Studio, one standard
plishka studio is a small web studio. You talk directly to the people who design and write the code: no account managers, no requirements lost in translation, no “I will pass it to the team”.

How the studio started
Short version: freelance that grew into a process, a contract and a repeatable delivery standard.
In 2025 we started from a simple observation: small businesses pay for a website twice. First for “cheap and fast”, then for somebody to rebuild it. So the studio’s first standard was not about design — it was about handover: a repository, documentation and a developer who can continue without us.
Then came the things that hold a deadline: a fixed price before the start, weekly demos, a preview build in the client’s own browser. In the first year — 15+ projects delivered and four projects we show in full: a dental clinic, an online coach, an aftercare app and hiking travel.
We stay small on purpose: a small team and a short chain of decisions. Fewer handoffs, faster decisions and personal responsibility for the result. When the scope is bigger than our cycle, we say so at the brief — not in week three.
